Big Lunny Capone turned himself into Bell County Constable Prado on Tuesday May 31, 2011 to answer to a weapons charge stemming from a fight. The rapper was charge with a Misdemeanor and released on 2500.00 Bail and answer to a charge that he brought the gun to the fight. Both parties involved recieved minor injuries and was treated at local hospital Scott & White and released. Immediate comment from the rapper and his label was " Im doing fine and I'll be glad to get this legal process started so that we can put this behind us. I have a label with artist that need me here and able to work not in jail cause I let someone get me back in gang mode". "Im a business man so after all this Im gonna get back to focusing on being that".
No court date has been set for the rapper yet, but we will keep you updated. The charges came on the wake of the release of Mr. Serv-Ons new album .... Big Lunny Capone was home before dinner and back working the phones and internet in his office.
